Acknowledgement of preliminary instructions

  • I have read and acknowledged the preliminary instructions.

What idea do you have?

Say for example, wanting to change a font in a more sophisticated way(that being though .json file edits). However, if you add a fonts folder, the bootstrapper will only use the fonts placed inside of the fonts folder. I've tested many times and yes, adding a families folder with a new Monsterrat.json file(so that it could tamper with the families folder and tamper with the Monsterrat.json file) wouldn't matter as it gets deleted on boot rather than tampering with the obviously existing files within the game files.

(official roblox files, hence why the Monsterrat.json file has a weird, outdated file creation date)

They do coincede, but there's no programming to search deeper in order to tamper with, so regardless of having a bootstrapper or not, every time roblox updates, I still have to swap the files out.
