Force the socket.open through the Wifi even when "Avoid bad WiFi Connections" #38

Is there a way to force the socket.open through the Wifi even when the "Avoid bad WiFi Connections" is set. This setting allows internet requests to go out the 4g/3g if there is a non-internet device attached to WiFi.

Had the same problem, socket timeout while being connected to 4G and wanted to connect to a local wifi device.
Did some hacky solution to make it work. I'm not a java developer ;-)
