BTC lost or what? Where are the Core Mainteners?

On the 23rd of May 2020, we consumed your api to generate imported addresses underneath our wallet, the addresses generated was 2014 records(note: it's not the HD), while creating this records the api returned, each address received is then saved into our database and assigned to a user on our platform, however we just found out that some of those addresses returned which are 10 in total listed below, we could not find this addresses under our blockchain wallet in the imported addresses section while others that were created were there.
These addresses have been used for transactions that we cannot claim as a result of this.
We have checked if it was archived, refreshed wallet several times and updated javascript as well as use incognito mode and still the addresses are nowhere to be found in our wallet.
