In general it is not recommended to keep sync_recordings enabled. It will also not run if there is too much of a disparity between the DB and file system as this usually indicates an issue. There should be logs showing what happened. |

Describe the problem you are having
In general my system has been working great with 0.14. I have Frigate configured to record everything and keep the data for 30 days, and events for 60 days. However, this morning we had a storm roll through and I wanted to go back and watch the video for that - so I navigated in the Review page and saw "No Preview Found" for as early as an hour ago. Scrolling further down through the video, I was unable to any recordings from over night, although occasionally as I pull the time slider down, a frame pops in here or there.
Navigating to the recordings folder, I got very confused - I see folders for some dates as far back as August, and then no recordings from 12-12 through 12-17(!). It seems like Frigate has gotten out of sync with my recordings folder and perhaps is running out of disk space and can't figure out how to clear the old files to create more space.
df
indicates the drive is nearly out of space (1.1T available) where Frigate sees 14TB available on the storage metrics tab (which is the correct size of the total drive, but clearly not the amount of free space on the disk).I have "sync_recordings: true" enabled in the configuration file - I would have thought that would prevent this sort of issue. Besides deleting all the old video files - any tips on getting back into a good state here? Nothing in the log file looks weird to me, but I'm not sure what I might be looking for either.
Note, this appears to affect all camera history, not just one of them.
Thanks!
