Recording playback fails

I have 2 cameras recording, the Reolink Wifi Doorbell cam and the CX410. I was reviewing recordings earlier today on both cameras noticed that a few hours of video was missing for the Doorbell cam.

As I slid the red button on the right of the screen, I could see the video was captured as it was playing in fast motion. However, when I released the button to have the video play at the normal speed, either the screen would be black or the circle would be spinning in the middle of the screen. I then looked at the same time frame on the other camera and it played back perfectly. I also (temporarily) have a Raspberry Pi 4 recording the same cameras on the same 0.14.0 version and playback during the same time frame was fine on both cameras (although the config is different.)

After I restarted HA and Frigate, recording on both cameras has been fine. Live play on both cameras is excellent. Not sure what caused this?

No, this is the correct place.

I'd suggest pasting a full copy of logs from this frigate instance. Given your recording config it is most likely that there was an error in the stream, potentially as a problem because multiple clients are pulling the high res stream at the same time

Ok -does it make sense to just stop the Pi now? I did it until my setup was stable, which it has been until I noticed the above issue. I'm just curious how I can see the video is actually there, but when playing at normal speed it won't play..

we can see many camera timeouts so this would explain the issue

Ok, I also watch the cameras live 24/7 on the Reolink app - so that was 3 different connections to the same camera. I turned off the Pi.....you think it was the multiple camera connections that caused it? I need to find a good way to watch the cameras through HA. I tried the Mac desktop app for HA and it was so so..
