From 0.14 onward, Frigate's dashboard works this way:
The small red dot in the top right corner of the frame indicates activity is occurring. At which stage are you seeing the flickering? |

Describe the problem you are having
Hello
Screencast.2024-11-22.12.21.41.mp4
I don't get this using 0.13 irrespective of the browser I am using, but I do see these "dropouts" in 0.14 and 0.15betas.
The actual video feeds themselves are stable so the problem is not one of dropout (which would otherwise affect 0.13) and it happens in FF and Chromium.
Close inspection shows that "behind" the grey overlay there is video motion trying to break through and it seems to my uneducated eye to be an artefact of whichever of MSE/HLS is autoselected (or presumably motionjpeg if it were an option).
