[Bug]: Memory leak 0.15.0-beta1 ?

Describe the problem you are having

There may possibly be a memory leak in frigate 0.15.0-beta1.
In 7 days the memory usage for frigate addon in HA increased from 13% to 30%.
Doing a restart from inside frigate gui reduced the memory usage back to 13%.

This is on x86 system with 8GB.
3 cameras, coral tpu.

There is not a memory leak, there are cases where python3 is known to reserve memory for its heap as it is allocated and then freed but python does not free it to the system.

There is also a separate shm issue which has been fixed for beta 2
