The new upcoming Particle Tachyon SBC

Not sure if anyone has seen this new board made by Particle but I bought one with the express purpose of making a new NAS/NVR and I came across this project and though it is ideally suited to running Frigate on it.

It has a 12 TOPS NPU built in which is roughly 3 times more powerful than the Coral, so it seems ideal for this project. The only problem is that it will need development and I'm by no means a programmer, has anyone else heard of or looked at or even bought one through the Kickstarter that might be a dev type person? I mean I will take a stab at anything but probably don't have the time to maintain code for it. Particle said they would love to support getting Frigate to run on the Tachyon so is there anyone out there that would have the skills to get that done?
