[Support]: "No Preview Found" when clicking on some events in review section

• I have tried reproducing the issue in incognito mode to rule out problems with any third party extensions or plugins I have installed.

Describe the problem you are having

If I go to the review section and click on one of the events, I sometimes end up on a screen where it says 'No Preview Found' in the main pane, along with several 'No Preview Found' messages at the bottom edge. If I then go to the history of the respective camera and scroll back on the timeline to the point of the event, I can watch it.

Steps to reproduce

Click on an event in the review section. It seems like the older the event is the more likely this is to happen. 1 hour seems to be about the threshold between working and non-working.

The error occurred for the first time and seems to be limited to the period from exactly 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. After that, everything returned to normal. Unfortunately, I restarted the system, so the logs are not informative...

we will need to see network logs showing the responses when loading the page. Also, when you say "event" do you mean one of the review items?

would be great to have specifics of the exact time of the item clicked, where you scrubbed back to, and then also the time of opening the history view and time of scrubbing back to

Cool feature, I didn't know about that. A video is displayed, but it doesn’t match the thumbnail. The thumbnail correctly shows the detected object, but the video shows something else. For the others outside of the specified time range, the assignment is correct though
