[Bug]: Frigate reports Person Occupancy but person image doesnt update & HASS

Describe the problem you are having

Using 5.4.0/0.14.1-f4f3cfa of frigate for homeassistant and running 0.14.1-f4f3cfa based on metrics page. I've noticed that person count and person occupancy will increase even though there isnt a person there. The person image does not update and the frigate ui does not have any events. I noticed based on my automation:

I am unsure how to reproduce it almost seems lighting based.

this isn't a bug, the person occupancy sensor has fewer restrictions to ensure that it responds quickly for automations since it is often used for things like turning on lights.
