Are you changing to a day before you upgraded? we've had a few reports of that |

Thanks for the reply. I am, I upgraded today so anything older was recorded with the previous version of Frigate. If that's the cause then no worries as I don't need to get at any of the old recordings, I would just like to make sure that I'll be able to get at ones from some point in the further future, if that makes sense. I'll leave the cameras/Frigate running for a few days, then try going back. |

Describe the problem you are having
I have four cameras set to record 24/7 with no detection. Live view is fine. They are not always running, I tend to put them on when I am away. If I click on a camera for live view then History to view recordings, then within the current day I can click through the timeline and view recorded video no problem. However if I change to a different day, the timeline loads but the main images just sit there saying no preview found with a spinner going. I've waited up to 15 minutes before giving up. Am I doing something wrong, is there potentially a problem with my install, or is it just very slow? Thanks!
