Describe the problem you are having

After update, I cannot get detection to work. Nothing has changed except I updated from an older version 0.12.1 to 0.13.3!

Steps to reproduce

Updating causes the issue, reverting fixes it again.

which indicates that the region is entirely wrong. Is this reproducible? because 0.13 has been out for 7 months and we've not had a single report which makes it seem like something weird is going on

Sorry that this report I so overdue. This setup is in a remote place, so I do not update anything unless I am present at the location. I updated the problem description, I just tried reverting back to the old version and everything works fine when I revert.

Is there something that I can do to fix the region? Is there an obvious configuration error for the new version? Can I provide any additional information?
