[Bug]: Some event media are missing

Describe the problem you are having

Some events cannot be viewed. Frigate reports "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported." when viewing a clip.
And the snapshot links are just broken.
It happens intermittently. Some events are fine but some are not. The failed events come in cluster.

The folders corresponding to problematic events are missing from the file system.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the events tab
2. browse the events one by one
3. until encountering problematic events

I have found out why.

The samba mount on the host was not passed to the frigate container. It is my issue.
