[Bug]: Cannot review motion in 0.14.0-beta2

Describe the problem you are having

When I go to the review screen and click on "Motion", I get an infinite spinner.
Everything else appears to work so far, including reviewing events.

Steps to reproduce

Upgraded from latest stable 0.13.2 to 0.14.0-beta2 and did a reboot.

The following error occurs in the logs whenever I navigate to "Motion".

Things I've tried.

• Restart several times
• Delete ALL footage, set record->sync_recordings to true, restart, trigger events and motion (and verify that they were recorded to disk)

Appears like it might be similar to #11593

Willing to provide any additional information needed.

EDIT: I also just noticed this in the logs on each startup, so maybe it's not successfully deleting the old recordings? I think I'm giving it enough time (latest uptime was around 15 minutes).

also, it is not recommended to keep sync_recordings enabled

After restarting the container (again) and waiting for 15 minutes (without interacting with the web interface), reviewing motion now works.

I'm still getting the error, but maybe it wasn't the source of the problem after all?

Network tab is 200s across the board, other than 101 on the ws request. WS messages don't have any apparent errors/issues.
No errors in the console either.

Noted on disabling sync_recordings. Thanks.
