After a restore of back up Frigate is not bahaving itself

Hello,

I had issues with my hass io install so did a restore (I have tried 5 they all behave as described below)

Frigate (and also EMQX) is saying in the info tab that they arent running , but they both 100% are as I can see the camera feeds working and automation that requirede MQTT to work are also working.

I have tried to uninstall them both and this has made no difference please can someon help?
