Describe the problem you are having

Was working fine until the upgrade. Nothing has changed except that upgrade. I have restarted and rebooted.

Also, everything was working just fine until I upgrade HA.

Only other info I have is that all of a sudden my Frigate YAML is no longer "colored" with the XCode theme like all my other files are. No idea why.

look at the docs I linked, you have to configure much more than that.

probably because the config was updated but frigate never restarted so the config wasn't applied. The model part there must be applied and it can't work without it.

Thanks, Nick. This stuff is all brand new to me. Is this what you mean? Specifying the training model? Or is there more to it? I see the stuff below related to docker and running terminal, but I am running on HAOS. Does that mean I need to use the SSH add on and follow those instructions too? Sorry; it's like learning a new language.
