[Support]: Docker Compose Frigate reboot problems (Proxmox LXC)

Describe the problem you are having

After a reboot/restart of the frigate container.
It is unable to restart properly

A reboot of the docker lxc proxmox container helps to restart frigate properly again.....
After a lot of retries.....
