[Support]: Trying to find the images using the id using frigate/events but clip not there

Describe the problem you are having

So I am trying to do OCR on a snapshot that frigate received, a car in this case. So I want to get the exact snapshot (ideally high quality).

I'm using this automation in Homeassistant to trigger on the MQTT topic:

But even though the automation runs, it doesn't seem to save an image in media/clips

Here's one that just ran, even though the condition failed the image should have been saved. You can see the image id is not present in media/clips, and the last file recorded was from 08:52 (and it's 09:07 now).

Otherwise I'm not sure how to do OCR processing on the image.

Snapshots are kept in memory because they can change throughout the lifecycle of the event. The API will return the image at any time but the image is not saved to disk until the event ends
