May 17, 2011 - Delta Release Branches created New branches for the Delta Tablet OS release have been created in the WebWorks-API-Docs and the WebWorks-TabletOS repositories

May 11, 2011 - New API Docs Live The updated API docs for the WebWorks SDK have now been made live. These API docs bring lots of new features by combining both the Tablet OS and Smartphone API references into one location.

Apr 29, 2011 - Created API Docs Repo The WebWorks-API-Docs repository has now been created. This repository will hold all of the API docs for both the Smartphone and Tablet OS WebWorks SDKs.

Apr 19, 2011 - Latest Code Merged The Tablet OS and Smartphone source repositories have now been updated with the latest and greatest code from the WebWorks 2.0 releases. We are now working on creating the proper branches for the next releases as well as cleaning up the old rtm branches that were used for the 2.0 release.

Apr 18, 2011 - Converged the Smartphone and Tablet-OS wiki The Tablet OS and Smartphone wikis have now been converged into one wiki under the WebWorks repository. There were lots of duplicated information previously. This in anticipation of a repo restructuring.

Mar 15, 2011 - BlackBerry WebWorks for Tablet OS Beta 3 Now Available The BlackBerry WebWorks SDK Beta3 for the PlayBook is now available for download. You can find out more details of what is contained in this release here.

Mar 9, 2011 - blackberry/WebWorks rtm2.0 Branch Added The latest internal code line for blackberry/WebWorks has been uploaded in the rtm2.0 branch. This is the "Evacuation" source code for the pending v2.0 release of the BlackBerry WebWorks SDK for BlackBerry Smartphones. This now has 100% of the BlackBerry WebWorks source code in the github repository. There will no longer be a dependency on BlackBerry handheld OS releases for API fixes or additions.

The official downloadable release of the BlackBerry WebWorks SDK v2.0 for BlackBerry Smartphones on blackberry.com is pending as we work through our final testing and documentation updates.

Mar 8, 2011 - blackberry/WebWorks-TabletOS rtm Branch Added The latest internal code line for blackberry/WebWorks-TabletOS has been uploaded in the rtm branch. This will be the main branch that will continue to be updated as we move closer to the RTM (Release To Market) build of BlackBerry WebWorks for Tablet OS.

We are making a continued effort to have more of our forward looking branches available in github ensuring that the community has the ability to contribute to the most up-to-date source code.

The Beta 3 release of BlackBerry WebWorks for the Tablet OS has been tested and is pending official release on blackberry.com. The current master branch for WebWorks-TabletOS is the Beta 3 source code for those who want to take a look before the official release becomes available for download.

Feb 28, 2011 - Contributor Agreement Added Research In Motion Corporate and Individual contributor agreements are now live and available for contributors to officially sign up for the project

Feb 28, 2011 - Created WebWorks-TabletOS Repository Initial upload of the source code for BlackBerry WebWorks for the Tablet OS. The source base is a combination of Java, ActionScript and JavaScript
