Build Error Description

See https://github.com/bitshares/bitshares-fc/commits/master ,

  • the last working commit: bitshares/bitshares-fc@463380d
    • the boost version that Github Autobuild used was 1.65.1
  • the new commit that doesn't work: bitshares/bitshares-fc@3970ca1
    • the boost version that Github Autobuild used was 1.69.0 at /usr/local/share/boost/1.69.0/include, although when installing dependencies boost 1.65.1 was installed.

It seems it's a MS Azure cloud issue: https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/idea/556787/stop-setting-boost-root-as-predefined-variable.html
