Migrate all Pricenodes to the new Bisq Price Indices

On 8/19 at 6pm CET, the @bisq-network/pricenode-operators will migrate all Bisq Pricenodes from using Bitcoin Average to the new Bisq Price Indices calculated from 35+ decentralized data providers as part of bisq-network/projects#35

The new Pricenodes are online and their new Tor V3 onion hostnames were merged to master in bisq-network/bisq#4403

The old Pricenodes will be shut down, and their Tor V2 onion keys will be copied over to the new Pricenodes, with an additional entry added to /etc/tor/torrc similar to the following:
