I could not reach the increase in volume goal for the bounties, so I only claim half of the bounty.

Although the bounty conditions were not precisely met, I think the amount requested is reasonable for the results and consistent effort. This is my opinion, and I think voters should have the opportunity to form their own opinions.

Going forward, we will better define how/if partial bounties may be claimed to avoid this kind of situation in the future.
