Manage Accounts view should expand to show all your accounts without a needless scroll bar

I tried setting up 3 accounts and this is what I get:

Why is there a scroll bar there? There's plenty of blank space to move those buttons down and show all of my accounts, whether I have 2 of them or 10 of them. The box should expand to fill the available space and only show a scroll bar if that space runs out.
