Better filter for cities

We want to have a (drop-down) list were people can choose between all the cities where role models are available. It would be helpful if teachers could choose more than one city. The list gets data from the working place at xing and the free fields for preferred places in the user profiles.

My idea for a solution from the user's perspective:
Step 1:
Role Model defines place where he/she prefers to offer his/her services as a role model. Optional, he/she can define a circuit from the specified city.
Step 2:
Teacher can type in the place of the school.
Search results include role models, where the circuit defined by role model includes the given place of school.

Good Idea, go ahead! If possible, Role Model should be able to define more than one place, independent from the circuit (i.e. for commuters)
