Formatter, omit based on regexp

Hello guys and thank you for this fantastic tool !!!

I would like to propose a new rule or to modify the existing one for lineWidth to allow imports/exports to be preserved to a single line.
I know at some point this was present in rome.

Proposal as in eslint but this does really not have to be like this

   "lineWidth": [
      {
        "width": 80,
        "ignorePattern": "^import"
      }
    ]

PS: i know there is // biome-ignore format: <explanation> but to put this all the time in every file for imports is really not a solution.
