Signal Desktop is no longer being themed after the following upstream commit: signalapp/Signal-Desktop@4ea0970
You can see it is not styled, as the 32px icons were not adjusted, and 256px icons are no longer used.

Another refactor landed on Signal. Now they dynamically choose the icon size. I have updated the PR.
