BTT pi tft50 Touch not working on octopi image install

I got a btt pi tft50. The touch screen was not accurate when I replaced my uctronics tft3.5 (or was it 2.8). I thought maybe the drivers
were different. So I tried a fresh octopi image install. Then I installed the desktop. Now there is no response from the touch screen.
I did a fresh rasbian install with desktop and the touch works fine. So much be some config issue.

After some googling I found a similar issue.

You have to edit the /boot/config.txt to change the dtoverlay to rpi-ft5406

Now all my images work well.
