Issue:
I was getting an error running the web-frontend app and could not run the app. Strangely this issue was only happening for me. It is not 100% clear what the root cause of the issue is but re-installed webpack-dev-server has resolved it. Prior to doing this, I tried clearing all node_nodules and yarn cache and re-installing but that did not work.
