White River Extension 1 - it is not on ESP, but on Loadshedding Notifier (weird, I know)

Where did you hear about eskomcalendar.co.za?

Hi there, busy working on this now. Just need some clarification if you can help:

With the above schedule, if it's the first day of the month and it's stage 4, does that mean that only block 4 will be loadshed from 01:00 to 03:30, or will both block 4 and block 1 be loadshed?
