Rendering Issue

Hi, i have an issue when changing Tab in my WPF Application.
The Data is here but the graph is like "not initialize":

The graph will be good after moving the mouse in on the graph, i will get this result:

It happens only when i'm getting to this tab after loading data for the first time.
It does work if i'm already in the Tab. The error happened only when the data is already loaded and change the Tab.
