Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Replicate directly to Google Pub/Sub target.

Describe the solution you'd like
Connect directly to the target without any intermediate technology.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Replicate to Kafka and use Google Pub/Sub connector to further push transactions.

Additional context
Decrease delay and reduce additional dependency.

This feature is complicated to implement.. If there is a demand from users more focus could be given here.
