Clarify/link to plugin installation directions

Hiya folks! I am looking forward to using sync-base and the Nextcloud sync plugin.

A line that confused me in the README is:

Install this plugin to Discourse by cloning this repository into the discourse/plugins folder

I am about to install it by adding the clone command to config (as is directed in the oft linked Install a Plugin thread). I am guessing your directions are another way of expressing that, bit it did throw me for a sec, because I think of adding plugins by putting a line in my config and rebuilding the site.

I noticed that Falco including that link to the Dropbox sync plugin.

This is a meta-issue, because if you don't mind of linking to those instructions, I'd be happy to submit edits to the READMEs of each sync plugin. Let me know. 😄

Hi @maiki! Good catch! You're right about the installation, there are a couple of ways to do it and adding the clone command seems to be the most common way. Thanks for pointing it out and yes, please go ahead and submit :)
