Tour step titles are missing when updating to Angular UI Bootstrap 1.3.0 #39

There was a change made in AUIB 1.3.0 that causes the popover titles to be undefined and not to display.

UI Bootstrap changed the attribute name of the title from "title" to "uibTitle". Updated to use the new attribute and added a shim for the old one.

Here is the PR in UI Bootstrap that made the change: angular-ui/bootstrap#5721
