[Bug]: no window appear on screen when i enabled to tiling

i am using scalling,
latest plasma
arch linux

Steps to Reproduce

just enabled it
no window appeared
setting screen appeared only when i fullscreened it
other windows like allacritty prompt for terminate window , terminate window plasma popup shows on screen bdw
yakuake also is shown ,

Expected behavior

all bugs gone to their nest
