Migrating and closing benchflow/analysers#84

Currently we are vendoring the jar in this repository.

To build it, the up to date instructions can be found on the repository of Pyspark-cassandra: https://github.com/TargetHolding/pyspark-cassandra

The jar can be built using their makefile with

make dist

Note: also requires https://github.com/TargetHolding/pyspark-util/tree/8cfcff1ca6a2d1163913fac2213dab083c855c90
