sys-pihole formula fails due to missing qubes-core-agent-networking package

Brief summary

sys-pihole had access to sys-cacher proxy but that circumvented the firewall and also made qvm-template fail (#27). It was removed due to previously stated reasons and now it can't reach the internet as qubes-core-agent-networking is not present.

TODO

Fix the pihole formula to have networking tools installed. It is difficult as either the minimal template needs to have it already or a clone of the pristine minimal template needs to have it. The temporary template can even be deleted after the creation of pihole is done, as it is standalone.

Or... map out all the system files that pihole modify and add them to the qubes-bind-dirs array.
