Base64 and Base64 URL overlap in results [BUG]

When decoding a base64 encoded message, Ares will duplicate the results.
This happens because base64 can often be decoded with base64 URL and vice versa due to how similar the alphabets are.
Example:

>ares -t "VGhpcyBpcyBhbiBleGFtcGxlIG9mIG92ZXJsYXBwaW5n"
