any chance to do it on LCD shield? #9
Comments
Do you get the lcd shield to work in general? Im goin crazy..every guide i find is outdated and doesnt work anymore. Even the original guides on the waveshare wiki are outdated, as they all use the wiringpi library, wich is depricated and cannot be downloaded anymore..cant find anything how to get this stupid thing to even display text. I got the 1.3" LCD Hat..official raspi tutorials are outdated, waveshare guides outdated, reddit posts outdated.. |
I managed to get it working with waveshare 1.3 inch 240x240 lcd hat with ST7789 controller https://www.waveshare.com/1.3inch-lcd-hat.htm I need to clean up the code and make some more testing and I will share if someone is interested |
Highly interessted. Just to get the menu running i bought another waveshare lcd hat. Now i got 2 lol. 1.3" OLED Hat (rectangular screen) and 1.3" LCD Hat (Square screen). And a bunch of zero w and zero2 w laying around..time to make something out of it =P |
@sizzlik LOL, I ordered 2 more LCD by mistake and then ordered 2 more OLED :), Lucky I have spare PI 0 as well, Anyway...Here is my fork: https://github.com/NightRang3r/P4wnP1_ALOA_LCD_MENU |
