A checkbox to enable the Comma-First Javascript style popularized by projects like Twitter Bootstrap.

There's a small discussion about this at #80, so I'll just mark it as a duplicate; I'm not sure I'm going to implement that myself, as the parser's quite a mess already, but I don't have such strong ideological aversion to it as I had when I first saw the syntax ;)
