Create a new command that allows for rolling on a table of sorts. This might look like:

Taking a CSV and returning a row in the CSV
Scraping markdown for tables
Pointing at a website to find tables to roll on
"rolling" a result from a JSON list.

For the first version, we can focus on taking a CSV in as input
