Wrong logic for Limited Restoration header

NOTE: There is a Limited Restoration Application in the ledger, but it's followed by a Conversion to Full Restoration Application. This business is not in Limited Restoration status.

@Apt766525 @mstanton1 need to confirm what filings can be completed when a limited restoration is completed. I.e. can you do other company filings like change of address or are you restricted to a small set?

@mstanton1 After a Limited Restoration is completed there set of following filings that can be done as shown in the screenshot below as well the change of addresses and directors filings are also available:

The following screenshot shows the allowable filings under Add Staff filing options after the Limited Restoration is completed:
