The director's affidavit file should not be displayed.

Old description (obsolete): The director's affidavit file should be named "Director Affidavit".

@severinbeauvais, Staff will not review the Director Affidavit. Only Authorization Letter

Oh. In that case, this ticket should be used to not display the director's affidavit document.

According to our sprint planning discussion today, we decided that the director's affidavit document would NOT be displayed on the review page.
