Overdue: on the FIRST business day of the subsequent month after issuing the statement an a/c will be suspended. A suspended account removes the ability of the user assigned to that account to purchase any products or services from BC Registries Online Services |

Hi Team, I Received an email from Fareen, regarding the Victoria Office Number Hi Ken, I was just about to use this screenshot in the internal communications to staff, but I noticed an error. The phone number should be as per Designs as 1-877-526-1526. The other number is the Maximus helpdesk who only helps with Auth/ login and account creation issues. They won’t be able to help them with payments. |

GIVEN a client is overdue for payment from the balance of last month
WHEN the system sweeps through to account for delays in payment
THEN a notice will be sent to SBC Finance/Digital Delivery/Kaine and the client that a balance is owing and that the account will be suspended
AND the overdue account will be suspended
