Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We should a11y test the Leading and regular story promos once we integrate them in Simorgh to build the new Frontpages layout.

Go through the accessibility checklist and fix any issue we might face.

A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Testing notes

Dev insight: Will Cypress tests be required or are unit tests sufficient? Will there be any potential regression? etc
