Resolves #NUMBER

Overall change:
There were still some references to the Skip to content link in the Navigation package.

Code changes:

  • Remove skipLinkText from Navigaiton stories and test.
  • I have assigned myself to this PR and the corresponding issues
  • Automated jest tests added (for new features) or updated (for existing features)
  • This PR requires manual testing
