Weblate is currently set up to manage translations for Betty 0.4.x at https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/betty/betty/. Contributors can create an account (optionally linked to Github to receive commit authorship) and work on translations through the web interface.

We've been given a 2-week trial by Weblate during which I am hoping to work on translations some more, and test the workflow.
