Implement DeferrableProvider - to fix "Target class [files] does not exist" and similar errors

The same issue solved by this barryvdh/laravel-ide-helper#914 pull request is affecting the Laravel Debugbar.

The solution as implemented in the pull request [1], to defer to the Debugbar Service Provider, fixes the issue.
