If a user chooses a area to print then goes to print via the default browser option, it will only print the chosen area #292

Steps to reproduce

Create a research session and fill in all the steps
On the preview page, select 'consent form' when choosing a area to print
Click print, notice only the consent form will be shown in the print preview
Press cmd+p, notice only the consent form will be shown in the print preview

Expected outcome

When printing via the default browser action (cmd+p or File > Print), the whole page should be printed.

@joelcarr Just checking is this bug still replicable post alignment with the DS?
