Create Strategy - Full Range strategy

Goal

To allow users to create a "Full Range" strategy where it use the same overlapping design we apply on the "Concentrated" strategy creation flow, but instead of selecting specific min/max prices, we will default into minInt/maxInt as the lowest and highest possible prices.
