But that was a customer asking about exporting data from Balena. It sounds like this customer wants to know about Balena's backups of their data.

Ahh I must have gotten confused with this. I thought we received a similar request regarding backups. Thanks for the assist @zwhitchcox I will add this to the discussions instead.
